The Hubei TM17 drafting machine is a high-performance machine designed to work with carded and combed cotton, synthetic fibers, and blends up to 76 mm in diameter. With an output speed of up to 1000 m/min and the capacity to fuse 5 to 8 slivers, it enables continuous production thanks to its automatic can change system.
It features a drafting system with three upper and three lower rollers, guided by a pressure bar, ensuring consistent quality. Large-diameter rollers and an intermittent cleaning system improve thermal control and reduce maintenance. The dual take-up zone with independent servomotors allows for stepless tension adjustment.
