Description
The Hubei TM13 drafting machine is a double-head, self-leveling drafting machine designed to process fibers from 16 to 120 mm, including combed cotton, carded cotton, synthetic fibers, and blends. It offers an output speed of up to 800 m/min and supports the fusion of 5 to 8 slivers, with output in cans up to Φ500 mm × 1100 mm.
It features the USG3 short-segment self-leveling system and online contactless UQM monitoring, which improves roving regularity. Its three upper and three lower drafting system with pressure bar and guide ensures precision and stability, especially with short fibers. The design allows for selection between scraper rollers or cleaning cloth depending on the fiber type and speed.
It integrates automatic can change, end formation, and fiber web centering mechanisms. Independent input and output servomotors continuously adjust tension, and the take-up discs have a self-cleaning function. The central suction system ensures constant pressure and prevents fiber backflow.
It features a modern user interface, patented lighting in the drafting area, dedicated lubrication zones, and high-precision pneumatic control. Network management and remote maintenance options are also available, making the TM13 an advanced, efficient solution adaptable to multiple fiber types.
