Description
The Saurer JSB 318 Opener is used for the fine opening of various raw cotton or synthetic fiber materials (with a fiber length of less than 76 mm), effectively removing sterile seeds, dead cotton, fine dust, and fibrous clumps. This machine can also be used for opening and cleaning raw materials for blowroom production lines.
With a working width of 1,600 mm and a maximum output of up to 1,500 kg/h, the Saurer JSB 318 Opener features three types of beaters: aluminum with spikes, toothed, and porcupine. The gentle opening effectively reduces fiber damage and ensures the production of high-quality slivers during the carding process.
