The Saurer JSB 008 C Reciprocating Bale Plucker features a specially designed arm to ensure the finest cotton extraction, resulting in increased throughput and efficiency. Suitable for materials with fibers shorter than 76 mm, this machine offers versatility and safety.
With various arm lengths, it easily adapts to the mill’s space requirements. It can extract bales up to 2.5 meters long and work with up to four bales simultaneously. The extraction operation is stable and safe, with a maximum output of 2,000 kg/h.
Capable of processing two different materials and supplying raw materials to one to three preparation lines, this machine offers a complete bale handling solution. Equipped with photoelectric protection and an automatic stop function, it ensures operator safety.
